WORK IS GOOD

Thus, work is an essential prerequisite


for the individual to humanize, to be a

human being. The work is unavoidable mediation of humanization

of individuals and, consequently, its

absence or misrepresentation of its conditions are

mediations of dehumanization. Thus, both

work is required to humanize individuals,

it can also degrade them, dehumanize them, making

them to lose their human specificity.

In a first aspect, the educational activity is in

itself a form of work. It is therefore an activity

technical productive, socially useful. second

place, it is a form of preparation for work,

in that it constitutes an investment intergenerational

individuals to enter the new generations

the universe of productive relations. Finally, the

education will achieve its objectives by performing

work, ie, the activity practice, in this case
